If you like butterflies, this is one incredible
place to see live butterflies in such colours and numbers. This colourful and
beautifully landscaped Park has over 6,000 butterflies from 120 species roam and
fly freely in a simulated natural rainforest environment.

The park is an imitation of the butterfly's natural habitat and to prevent the
butterfly's from escaping the whole park is covered by a net. To create such a
beautiful park they used over 15,000 flower and fruit plants and some rare herbs
essential in the diet and pollinating activities of the butterflies. There are
also wonderfully maintained garden with water fountains and gazebos.
Butterfly's
fly around you and here and there they have placed some fruits, like pineapple.
You can see the butterfly's resting on the leaves of the plants. Sometimes they
rest on you!
Here you can learn about the life cycle and mating habit of the butterflies.
There is a nursery and breeding area, as well as an insect museum to enhance
your knowledge about these creepy-crawlers.
On
your way out you go through an informative insect museum, where you can also see
some living animals. After the museum you come into a souvenir shop, where you
can buy local handicrafts, frames butterflies and beetles.
